It's a girl!

I had my ultrasound today and it's a girl! I'm excited. Everything looked good so that was a relief. I'm still right on track for October 5th.

Autism Walk

Last Saturday we had our Walk for Autism here. April is Autism awareness month and so cities all over the state have walks throughout the month. We had around 200-250 people there and raised over $12,000 for the Autism Society of Alabama. That's really awesome for us.

This is Morgan trying to make a break for it.

This is the whole clan minus Ameilia who had to go to work and Dad who took her.

We have a red wagon that Morgan loves to ride in, but Lee didn't bring it. If you look closely, you'll see Morgan eyeing those people's wagon. She was trying to get in them all day.

Bad Luck or what?

Okay, I'm convinced if something is extremely rare it's going to happen to our family. We're just lucky like that. Jackson started running fever Sunday, so I took him to the doctor Monday. They did the nose and throat swab and told us Jackson had the flu. Yay! Then, today they called and said his throat culture came back positive for strep!! The amazing thing is that you can't really tell he's sick. If I had the flu and strep I don't think I'd be leaving the bed. Now we're playing hot potato with him and trying to figure out who's staying home when. Lee can't really take time off and we have our state testing this week, so I can't really take off either. Perfect timing huh! Oh well, our jobs will have to get over it. Wish us luck!

By the way, I went to the doctor last week and heard the heart beat. Everything's going well and I'm supposed to have my ultrasound at my next visit.
