Trip to the Beach

Now that school is back in full swing, I don't feel like doing a whole lot. That is why I am just now posting pictures from a trip to the beach over two weeks ago. I have 6 weeks left to go before my due date and I am quite miserable. When I get home from work I just want to eat dinner and go to bed (not that I get any sleep). Jackson has moved up to the 4-year pre-k class and gets in trouble almost daily. We are at our wits end trying to figure out what to do with him. Nothing seems to work, not spanking or taking away anything and everything or putting in the corner, etc. We've tried it all. Maybe we'll be able to get through to him somehow.

Enough complaining. Here are some pictures from our trip. We went to Destin for the day. We played at the beach and then shopped at the Bass Pro Shop and Outlet stores and ate at Fudpuckers. It was a nice day.

First Day of School

Yesterday was the first day of school. Man, does it come too soon. They said Morgan had a good day. I don't know about her, but I felt like I had never left. My day was kind of crazy because our schedules were all messed up. I taught 7th grade last year, but this year I'm teaching eighth grade. If you didn't figure it out, that means I'm teaching the same kids again. I don't think it's going to be a good thing. Another year has begun.
