Thursday was our annual Special Olympics here. Morgan always participates in the 50m run and the softball throw. It was quite a warm day, but it was good overall.
Morgan wouldn't cooperate walking so I had to pull her in our wagon.
Each year members from the police department run from the other side of town carrying the torch. This is them arriving at the field.
I was trying to get a picture of Morgan with her friend Madison from her old school, but she just wanted somebody to open those fruit snacks!!!
This picture was intended to show her two ribbons, but she wanted a drink. She won 1st place in the 50m but she was the only one racing:). She won 4th in the softball throw. She doesn't care for that very much and she just throws it at her feet.

thanks for leaving the comment. Yup, we are excited. It was extremely hard not to say anything at the Easter Activity but I bit my lip. It's so neat.
It looked like the Special Olympics went really well. Morgan has always been a really good runner. Glad that everyone had a good time.
