Well, it's been a while since I've posted. We all came down with a stomach bug last week which laid me out for a few days. Things are looking up especially since I only have one more week of work!! I'll attempt to catch you up on our happenings.
A few weeks ago, Jackson was learning about frogs at school. He saw one on the playground, so he decided to catch it and take it inside. They sent it home in a baby food jar, and we walked to the pond and let it free.
Each year his school has a program. This year's theme was a hoedown. This is Jackson in the march on the way to the stage. He did a good job and it was really cute.
My cousin, who I don't remember because he moved away a long time ago, and his family is down at his dad's house in panama city for the week, so we went down today. It was a fun filled day. First they had a blast on the slip-n-slide.
Morgan wanted to ride on the four-wheelers all day.
Then they enjoyed some sidewalk chalk.
Then Jackson enjoyed some fishing in the pond behind their house.
They feed the fish twice a day, so just about as soon as my uncle threw it out, there was a fish on the hook.
Then it was off to the bay across the street. My aunt Jane decided to take a swim even though she was dressed. The kids were "helping" her.
I was surprised at how readily Jackson got in the water.
We tried to get Morgan to enjoy the cool water, but she wasn't having it..jpg)
It was a fun day.
